| How to book |
- Have you decided you want to check on availability?
- Then you can either call me by telephone or email me (details on contact us page)

I will then tell you if the apartment is free on the dates you want.

If it is, you will be asked to check for your flights, (if they are available on the dates you want, and that they are at a price you want to pay)

Do not book at this point

Call me and tell me you are about to book and pay for your flights, I will at this time re-confirm availability

Book and pay for your flights

Call me once more to tell me you have paid for your flights

I will verbally confirm your booking and enter it into the diary

I will then ask you to put a cheque in the post the next day for the deposit or the full amount, depending on how close to your holiday it is, if you pay a deposit your balance will be due 7 weeks before your holiday, ( You must remember this as no reminder will be sent), this will include a £150 damage deposit which will be returned to you once we have inspected the apartment, and there is no damage.

On receipt of your cheque I will send you a letter confirming your booking, and how much more you need to pay, if any.

Once full payment has been received, the key to the apartment will be sent to you by recorded delivery (key sent 1 - 2 weeks before your holiday).

When you return from your holiday you will return the key by recorded delivery post, on receipt of the key I will return your £150 damage deposit assuming there is no damage to the apartment.
